Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing documentation, and supporting insurance verification. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Answer customer calls and emails promptly, following company standards

Document all call details according to standard operating procedures

Provide accurate information about products, services, and general inquiries

Process orders, route calls, and follow up with customers when needed

Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
-
Verify insurance coverage, eligibility, co-insurance, and deductibles
-
Obtain pre-authorizations from insurance carriers when required
-
Navigate multiple EMR systems to obtain and record patient documentation
-
Enter and update patient information, including authorizations and expiration dates
-
Communicate with management about insurance-related trends and issues
-
Request new insurance carriers to be added to the system if not listed

Contact patients when documentation is incomplete, offering guidance and options to continue the process
Pay and Benefits
