Job Description

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

As a Front-End Team Lead, you will ensure customers receive excellent service at the front of the store. You will oversee associates, promote loyalty programs, and lead by example through friendly interactions and maintaining a clean, organized store.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience

• Train and coach associates on customer service and loyalty programs

• Assign registers, manage break schedules, and support POS coverage

• Address customer concerns quickly and professionally

• Ensure associates complete store tasks effectively and on time

• Communicate priorities clearly with management and team members

• Provide recognition and constructive feedback

• Support shrink reduction and safety programs

• Promote honesty, integrity, and confidentiality

• Follow all labor laws, policies, and procedures

• Other duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For

• Flexible schedule (including nights and weekends)

• Strong merchandising knowledge

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Able to multitask and adapt to changes

• Team player with leadership ability

• At least 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay: $14.50–$15.00 per hour (based on experience and skills)
