ISO is in search of a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team at their New York City office.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting Chinese international students.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on WeChat, Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) and other channels.
- Create compelling content, including articles, graphics, and videos, to engage and educate Chinese international students.
- Implement and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Chinese platforms to drive leads and conversions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities in the Chinese international student insurance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and promotional activities with business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed analytics and reports with actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving trends in Chinese social media, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken).
- 1–2-year experience in digital marketing, specifically on Chinese social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of Chinese social media trends, user behaviors, and regulations.
- Experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns on WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and other platforms.
- Ability to create engaging content tailored for Chinese audiences.
- Knowledge of international student insurance or a related industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
