About the Job

Overview

Wellways is seeking a Service Support Officer for their Mental Health and Wellbeing Local in Frankston. This is a permanent part-time role (equivalent to 2 days per week) supporting people aged 26 and over experiencing mental health challenges, including co-occurring alcohol and drug treatment needs.

Pay: $34.58 - $38.55 per hour (SCHADS Level 2B) + leave loading + super + salary packaging

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the service.

  • Support intake conversations and assist clients accessing services.

  • Organise and facilitate meetings and group sessions.

  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required to support staff, clients, and service operations.

  • Maintain accurate records and support data entry requirements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant qualifications or commensurate experience in administration/data entry support, ideally in a mental health or similar environment.

  • Positive, enthusiastic, and willing to go the extra mile to support others.

  • Current valid Driver’s License.

  • Police Check (within the last 12 months).

  • Working with Children Check (Employee).

  • Rights to work in Australia.

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (free online course).
