Overview

VicRoads is seeking Casual Customer Service Officers to join their Werribee team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping people, delivering outstanding customer service, and making a tangible impact on the community. The position involves providing registration and licensing services and supporting customers in a variety of channels, including over the counter, face-to-face, by phone, and in writing.

Salary: $31.94 per hour plus 25% loading
Tenure: Casual
Location: Werribee

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver registration and licensing services professionally, accurately, and efficiently.

• Investigate and resolve customer enquiries, escalating complaints as required.

• Suggest improvements to customer service delivery processes and support corporate change initiatives.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve performance targets.

• Provide guidance and support to less experienced staff when needed.

• Intermediate computer literacy.
