Overview
Honey is seeking Customer Support Specialists to join their growing Sydney-based team starting 20 October 2025. This is a mix of full-time and part-time roles. Honey is a disruptor in the home insurance industry, combining smart technology with exceptional human service to create simpler, faster, and more customer-friendly experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, web chat, email, and other channels.

Explain policy features, coverage options, and smart sensor technology in simple, clear terms.

Provide quotes and guide customers through policy purchase, renewal, and retention.

Process policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and payment queries.

Gather and share customer feedback to help shape products and processes.

Handle concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues independently or collaborating with colleagues.
What You’ll Bring

At least 2 years of customer service experience (contact centre experience preferred but not essential).

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.

Active listening, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset.

Proactive problem-solving and the confidence to ask the right questions.

Attention to detail and accuracy in customer records.

Flexibility to work on a rotating roster between 8am–7pm (Sydney time).
