Perks
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour (subject to contract and future increases)

Schedule
Part-time
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 2pm - 6pm
Location: Rockford, MI
Primary Responsibilities
Provide the highest level of customer service to employees, visitors, and co-workers
Drive security vehicle for mobile patrol of parking lots and building exteriors
Walk interior and exterior of office buildings to monitor security, safety, and maintenance
Success as a Security Officer
Reliability: Report on time, presentable, and in uniform
Friendly Personality: Balance customer service expectations while enforcing client policies
Follow Company and Client Policies: Read and follow post guidelines and complete tasks
Use of De-escalation Techniques: Defuse situations using verbal judo and communication tactics
Qualifications
At least 21 years of age
Teacher or receptionist experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent
No felony convictions; pass criminal background check
Pass drug test at hire and randomly thereafter
Friendly, positive, and professional image
Willing to become CPR/First Aid/AED certified
Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
Less than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
Less than 2 at-fault accidents in last 3 years
Physical Requirements: Sit, stand, or walk during shift, walk long distances, occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, respond to emergencies
What to Expect
Phone Interview: Review qualifications, work history, and goals
Virtual Interview: Interview with Recruiter or Manager via video
On-site Interview: See site location, meet supervisor, and interview with client
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
