What Your Day May Look Like
Greet client employees, vendors, clients, and customers and provide assistance
Conduct internal foot patrols and/or external mobile patrols to monitor safety and security
Monitor entrances/exits and provide guidance to site visitors and vendors
Complete daily activity reports (DAR), incident reports, and logs via Securitas and client systems
Provide an atmosphere where all visitors, clients, and management feel their needs are met
Present a professional image to clients, the public, and management
Direct disruptive individuals to leave property calmly
Protect evidence or incident scenes and provide directions as needed
Observe and report suspicious activity to client, company management, or authorities
Ensure property removal follows policy and client standards
Carry out specific tasks as required for assigned site

Position Requirements
18 years or older
High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED within 6 months
Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
Professional interaction with a wide range of individuals
Attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift
Respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment
Participation in pre-employment screening including drug test and background check
Personal vehicle required for attendance
Colorado Driver’s License and clean driving record for mobile patrol
Day and swing shift availability
Reliable, punctual, accountable, and strong work ethic
Customer service skills in-person, via radio, and telephone
Intermediate to advanced computer/technology skills for reporting and monitoring
Ability to obtain and maintain Colorado Springs Guard Card license
Security, military, or law enforcement experience a plus
