Overview
Audika, part of the global hearing healthcare group Demant, is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join their Adelaide call centre. The role focuses on supporting clinics across Australia and New Zealand, engaging with clients to enhance their hearing care journey.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls for promotional campaigns, such as hearing tests, device trials, and adjustments
Book and confirm clinic appointments
Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries
Follow up on direct marketing leads and rebook lapsed clients
Manage bookings and update client information using internal systems
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills with empathy and clarity
Confidence using computers and CRM systems
Motivation to meet call and booking targets (KPIs)
Positive attitude and a collaborative team spirit
Experience from retail, hospitality, health, admin, or other customer-facing roles is valued; call centre experience is not required
