Customer Service Representative - Chesterfield VA - On-site - Full-time

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, or equivalent training/experience

  • Must pass pre-employment drug test, FBI background check, and education/degree verification

Duties

  • Greet and assist customers at the front counter and by phone with questions, service requests, and general information

  • Receive and process utility payments

  • Enter data into spreadsheets accurately

  • Verify and update customer account information in the CIS system

  • Provide clear, professional communication to both customers and coworkers

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Participate in the Career Development Plan (CDP), which offers career growth opportunities and salary incentives based on performance, qualifications, and available funding

Shift Details

  • Part-time: 28 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM (hours will vary)
