Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

At least 1 year of customer service experience, or equivalent training/experience

Must pass pre-employment drug test, FBI background check, and education/degree verification
Duties
-
Greet and assist customers at the front counter and by phone with questions, service requests, and general information

Receive and process utility payments
-
Enter data into spreadsheets accurately
-
Verify and update customer account information in the CIS system
-
Provide clear, professional communication to both customers and coworkers
-
Perform other related duties as assigned

Participate in the Career Development Plan (CDP), which offers career growth opportunities and salary incentives based on performance, qualifications, and available funding
Shift Details
-
Part-time: 28 hours per week
-
Monday – Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM (hours will vary)
