About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our contact center team. In this role, you’ll handle customer questions and concerns—mostly related to billing—through phone calls and emails. Your job will be to provide clear solutions, great service, and help keep our customers satisfied.
Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous customer service experience (especially in an office setting) is preferred
Skills and Abilities

Professional, friendly, and positive attitude

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Good teamwork and collaboration skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Willingness to learn through on-the-job training
Location and Work Schedule

Full-time position at our Corporate Office in Raleigh, NC

40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
-
Answer phone calls and emails from customers, agents, and third parties

Explain and resolve billing questions clearly

Keep accurate records of customer interactions

Find solutions to policy or billing problems and coordinate with other departments as needed

Assist customers with website and Customer Portal issues

Process payments (credit/debit card)

Help with Claims Loss Notice entry
