Job Description
GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer. This role emphasizes customer service, as you will engage with people in office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and other environments. Your ability to build meaningful connections and inspire confidence is key.
Location & Schedule
San Francisco, California
40 hours/week, Thursday to Monday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding visitors
Manage access control
Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
Answer questions in person or by phone
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications
Authorized to work in the U.S.
High School Diploma or GED
Pass GardaWorld’s screening process
Exceptional customer service skills
Basic phone and computer proficiency
Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
State security license and 32-hour BSIS security training (additional training available during hiring process)
