The Role
Survitec is looking for an Operations Assistant to join our Marine team in Ålesund. In this role, you will help install, maintain, and repair our survival technology solutions, supporting both production and service operations. You will ensure safe use of machinery and tools, maintain high quality standards, and contribute to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment safely in production or service areas.

Prepare, adjust, and maintain tools, equipment, and workstations for production and service teams.

Inspect and test machinery, components, and parts to ensure correct function.

Carry out basic repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks according to instructions.

Maintain a clean, safe workspace and handle equipment with care.

Follow safety regulations and use protective equipment appropriately.

Support quality control by adhering to standards and reporting any issues.

Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills.
About You
Essential Criteria

Some experience operating machinery is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
