About the Job
Skuld Hull is seeking a Business Operations Executive for our Oslo office. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Underwriting, Accounting, and Claims teams, playing a key role in controlling insurance documentation and premium processes. This is a hands-on position in a small, detail-focused team within one of the world’s leading marine insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities

Verify risk structures and calculations in our production system (INS2000+), including insurance values, premiums, and terms and conditions.

Register and finalize premiums and adjustments during the policy period.

Adapt and process data from brokers into our system, resolving complex calculations as needed.

Maintain and follow up on existing portfolio documentation and closings.

Register accounts in our CRM system.

Handle and respond to broker inquiries.

Ensure all work complies with Skuld Hull policies, guidelines, and authority limits.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant education (economics, administration, etc.) or equivalent work experience.

Proven proficiency in Excel, including formula use, structured data setup, and calculations.

Strong numerical skills, including percentages, gross-to-net conversions, and bonus/deduction calculations.
Personal Qualities

Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong attention to detail.

Ability to take ownership of a specific area, such as a broker portfolio.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.

Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
