What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

1+ year of remote/online experience in customer service or a similar role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar tools preferred

Calm and solution-focused under pressure

Familiarity with E-Commerce and CRM systems is a plus

Fluent in French and English

Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor

Stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload/download speeds
