Role Overview
The Customer Services Representative ensures every patient feels respected, welcomed, and comfortable. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, rooming patients, managing daily schedules, ensuring accurate revenue capture, communicating test results and patient concerns promptly, and supporting daily operations in alignment with the Team Medicine approach and Virginia Mason Production System to enhance access, reduce errors, and improve quality.
Required Qualifications
6 months customer service or medical setting experience or Associate’s degree
Professional demeanor with a positive, upbeat attitude
Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to present information and respond to questions from staff, patients, and physicians
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of medical terminology
