Role
Customer Service Representative – HomeTeam Pest Defense
Responsibilities
Provide positive customer experiences to encourage continued service
Communicate with internal and external customers
Provide information to prospects and initiate new services
Answer questions, resolve issues, provide pricing, and schedule services
Use Route Point software to schedule pest and builder-related services
Resolve customer billing and invoice issues
Enter service-related notes and maintain customer files
Validate technician paperwork for accuracy
Follow telephone etiquette and diffuse upset customers
Escalate inquiries or problems to managers
Collect and reconcile payments from technicians
Qualifications
1+ year of previous customer service experience
Basic computer skills
Entry-level understanding of company telephone systems
High school diploma or GED
Must be 18 years or older
