Role Overview
As a Customer Chat Representative, your main goal is to provide exceptional customer service through live chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers through live chat and address their questions professionally
Provide accurate information about products and services
Recommend solutions, including cross-selling and upselling
Ensure accurate processing of orders and follow-up communications
Create an exceptional customer experience in every interaction
Required Qualifications
Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
High energy and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
High School Diploma or equivalent
