We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Adelaide plant to be the key link between Sales and Operations, ensuring a smooth customer journey from inquiry to delivery.
What You’ll Do
✅ Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide updates
✅ Support Account Managers with quotes, documentation & coordination
✅ Maintain accurate records and update customer information
✅ Resolve customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams
✅ Contribute to process improvement and a positive team environment
What We’re Looking For
✨ Previous customer service experience (manufacturing/packaging a plus)
✨ Strong admin, communication & relationship-building skills
✨ Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask under pressure
✨ A proactive, self-motivated problem solver
