Our client is a leading provider of community association management services in the United States. Position: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team and support key activities.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to emails and a high volume of incoming calls regarding billing and account inquiries.

  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups with homeowners.

  • Update database records with accurate homeowner information.

  • Monitor payment plans to ensure homeowner compliance.

  • Collaborate with the Disclosures and Transfers team to provide accurate information on account sales and takeovers.

  • Partner with Administrative Assistants and Community Managers to deliver accurate community information.

  • Act as a liaison with the Paralegal department to communicate lien or collection status.

  • Perform other related duties as directed.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Remote position, but attendance at our CDMX or GDL office is required on the first day.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or similar roles.

  • Call center background preferred.

  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.

  • Strong organizational and tracking skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
