We are currently seeking a Customer Operations Representative – Nordics to join our multi-national team in Oslo, delivering exceptional service to our Scandinavian wholesale and B2B customers.

Key Objectives

In this role, you will manage order book processes, coordinate deliveries, and oversee aftersales support. You will work closely with our sales teams across Sports, Workwear, and Musto to ensure customers receive the best service possible.

Key Responsibilities

Service Excellence

  • Deliver first-class customer service to wholesale and B2B clients in your assigned region.

  • Handle inquiries related to deliveries, pricing, discounts, campaigns, and aftersales checks.

  • Build strong relationships with colleagues to maintain a “one team” approach.

  • Support cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Logistics to find the best solutions for customers.

Operations

  • Support order entry, ensuring terms and discounts meet seasonal deadlines.

  • Monitor product availability and delivery timelines, informing customers and sales teams of changes.

  • Release orders on schedule to meet customer needs.

  • Manage returns, chargebacks, and reclamations.

  • Assist in monthly forecasts and shipping target follow-up.

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English (additional Scandinavian languages are a plus).
