Customer Operations Representative - Oslo, Norway - On-site - Full-time

 About the Job

Key Objectives

In this position, you will have the opportunity to influence and develop one of Norway’s most internationally known and recognised consumer brands.
As part of our professional, multi-national team, you will take on a variety of challenging tasks servicing our Scandinavian wholesale and B2B customers.
You will be the key person in orderbook management, delivery coordination, and aftersales processes.
There will be close collaboration with the Sales teams to deliver the best possible service to our customers across all business units – Sports, WorkWear, and Musto.

Key Responsibilities

Service Excellence

  • Provide first-class, customer-oriented advice and service to Helly Hansen wholesale and B2B customers in the assigned region.

  • Assist with product deliveries, prices, discounts, after-sales checks, campaigns, and other service-related questions.

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues to ensure a “one team approach” in delivering customer service excellence and meeting business objectives.

  • Provide support and assistance to colleagues throughout the entire HH company.

  • Collaborate with local sales, finance, logistics, and other cross-functional teams to exchange information and make joint decisions, ensuring optimal solutions for customers.

Operations – Orderbook Management

  • Support, follow up, and assist with order entry.

  • Verify terms and discounts according to seasonal deadlines.

  • Monitor product availability and identify possible delays.

  • Communicate with customer accounts and sales teams regarding any changes affecting orders.

  • Ensure timely release of orders to meet customer needs.

  • Manage reconciliation of returns, chargebacks, reclamations, and exceptions.

  • Support the monthly forecast process and actively follow up on shipping targets.

  • Computer literate; ERP system experience is a plus.

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English is required; knowledge of another Scandinavian language is a significant plus.
