 About the Job

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Engagement Advisor to join our Customer Engagement Team and help us deliver the best customer experience in our industry. This role is ideal for someone passionate about electric mobility, interested in technology, and eager to contribute to the change we know is needed.

As a Customer Engagement Advisor, you will be part of a team consisting of a CEC Manager, two 2nd Line Specialists handling escalations, and ten Advisors working together to provide outstanding customer service. The Customer Engagement Center collaborates extensively across all departments at Polestar. This position is based at our Fornebu office, just outside Oslo, and is on-site.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will take ownership of the Polestar Customer Journey, ensuring that customer enquiries are resolved in the best possible way. You will work closely with colleagues within and beyond your team to create a seamless customer experience.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

  • Handling enquiries via email, chat, and inbound calls.

  • Conducting various outbound follow-up calls.

  • Managing specific responsibilities within the team, which may include social media, fleet, partner support, and finance. These focus areas may change over time based on team needs and developments.

Qualifications

Additional qualifications include:

  • Language: Business proficiency in Norwegian (minimum C1) and English, both written and spoken.

  • Experience in a customer service role.
