Overview
Nufarm, a global leader in crop protection and seed technologies, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join its Customer Operations team in Laverton North. This role supports the commercial effort by managing order administration and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of the customer order life-cycle, including order entry, stock transfers, pricing, terms, freight, cancellations, and confirmations
Manage Agency & Consignment tasks to completion
Respond to and resolve customer and stakeholder queries via phone, email, and internal workflows
Investigate and process stock returns and credits in a timely manner
Effectively handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary
Perform order management tasks based on customer segmentation
Maintain accurate customer data in ERP and CRM systems
Qualifications & Skills
Proactive and commercially savvy customer service or contact centre professional
Experience in operational environments such as FMCG or manufacturing supply chain
Proficiency with ERP systems (JD Edwards) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confident presentation abilities
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with a team
Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks
