What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Answer inbound and outbound calls for multiple areas, ensuring effective communication and standard greetings
• Schedule patient appointments and prioritize health concerns according to urgency
• Capture customer information and document messages for clinic staff and providers
• Provide information to customers regarding appointment logistics, including location and process steps

Navigate complex situations and make sound decisions based on individual division guidelines

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a customer service or healthcare setting
• Basic knowledge of patient scheduling and call center etiquette
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address patient needs effectively

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
