Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Specialist to join the Credit and Data Administration (CDA) team within Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Lending Operations. This role focuses on post-transaction support, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of credit-related data and documentation across the bank's systems.
About The Line Of Business
Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) provides a full suite of corporate banking solutions including credit, treasury management, and derivatives, to clients in Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Structured Products. The CDA team plays a critical role in supporting these lines of business by managing post-close activities and maintaining high standards of data quality and regulatory compliance.

In This Role, You Will
- Execute post-transaction processes related to corporate credit facilities, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and validation.
- Review and validate legal and credit approval documentation to confirm alignment with internal systems of record.
- Collaborate with deal teams, credit execution, and operations to ensure consistency and completeness of transaction data.
- Escalate issues as needed and assist in tracking resolutions.
- Learn and apply bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to process improvements.
- Develop knowledge of credit operations, procedures, regulatory reporting and data governance.
- 2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience within credit operations or related field
- Strong understanding of credit documentation and corporate loan structures
- Knowledge of booking and closing processes
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn credit systems such as LIQ, nCino, CoRS, ICMP, WCIS, ART, TRE, RCS, and E-TRAC
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and organization levels
- Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to grow professionally
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to work outside of normal business hours if needed
