Alliance Corporation is a leading North American value-added distributor of products and solutions for Wireless Networking, In-building signal coverage and cellular infrastructure applications. We are searching for a Sales Support Representative to be based out of Reno, NV. We are a fast-paced, aggressive company in an exciting, high-growth market that has shown consistent year-over-year revenue expansion. By partnering with our vendors and clients, we are able to position valued solutions for all of their wireless communications needs.
The Sales Support Representative is vital in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external partners. This role focuses on fostering strong relationships with customers while managing a variety of key tasks, such as order processing, coordinating delivery schedules, handling customer inquiries, generating reports for internal and external customers, and overseeing task assignments to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Sales Support Representatives are integral to maintaining seamless communication between the sales team and customers throughout the order fulfillment process. They play a crucial role post-sale by ensuring all necessary steps are completed and continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes for better efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating effectively with sales and other cross-functional teams to successfully address customer requirements
- Responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Meeting or Exceeding KPI’s as set forth by leadership including order turn-around time
- Providing on-going support to customers post-sale as well as addressing any issues or concerns that may arise within the designated timeframe
- Assisting in the execution of the sales strategy
- Creating reports as required for sales and/or the customer
- Provide account maintenance as needed
- Champion or assist with projects as needed
Qualifications
- Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- 3 – 5 years’ Sales Support/Customer Service experience with a proven track record
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and manage time effectively
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with others
- Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Data Entry skills and ability to analyze data
- Ability to multi-task and respond to rapid change
- Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
- Positive attitude, critical thinking, and innovative problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in wireless communications, technology, and infrastructure preferred
- Experience in the Distribution preferred
Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000
