About The Role


The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of Indigenous Pact’s digital marketing and social media strategies to raise awareness of the company’s mission and impact. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this remote role involves managing social media channels, website updates, content creation, campaign execution, and analytics tracking. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and experienced with digital marketing tools in a consulting or mission-driven environment.


Responsibilities


  • Support the marketing team in implementing digital and social media marketing plans
  • Monitor digital marketing trends and best practices to inform strategy
  • Manage and update the organization’s website and social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Create marketing collateral including written content and digital materials
  • Execute social media campaigns from ideation through content creation and scheduling
  • Conduct brand analysis to assess messaging effectiveness
  • Collaborate with media partners to negotiate ad space and keywords for paid campaigns
  • Perform SEO tasks to improve website visibility and ranking
  • Analyze marketing data and generate insights to support decision-making
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager


Qualifications


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with Indigenous communities preferred
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as WordPress, SquareSpace, Google Analytics, email campaign software, and social media platforms
  • Proficiency in design software including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, or similar tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for Indigenous Pact’s mission and values
  • Experience in consulting or business marketing environments is an advantage
