The Associate Brand Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of our brand voice across social media and marketing channels. They will assist in content ideation and creation, short-form video shooting, copywriting, proofreading, and ensuring consistency and accuracy with copy and brand voice across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in writing, reviewing, and proofreading copy for social media, email, web, print and other brand communications, ensuring alignment with brand voice and AP style.
- Support social content production, including shoot logistics, capturing video and behind-the-scenes footage for internal or agency execution.
- Assist in managing the content calendar, ensuring all deliverables are on schedule and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all channels by ensuring messaging, visuals, and tone are cohesive.
- Support the Brand Content Marketing Manager in conducting performance analysis and developing PowerPoint recaps to inform future strategy.
- Conduct research on social media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to inform content development.
- Provide general administrative and project management support to the Brand Content team as needed.

Compensation
Starting pay range per hour: $23.00 - $30.00. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, marketing or related field of study, or demonstrated equivalent work-related experience.
- Strong creative writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a solid understanding of brand voice and AP style.
- Ability to create and adapt content for different social media platforms, with an eye for storytelling and engagement.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to balance creativity with brand consistency.
- Open to feedback and quick to incorporate revisions to enhance content quality.
- Highly organized, proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Collaborative team player who enjoys working with cross-functional partners and external stakeholders.
- Work is primarily performed in an office setting.
- Must be willing to be shown in social media videos, photos, etc.
- Travel will be required 15% of the time.
- Basic experience with content creation tools preferred (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar).
