About The Role
As a Client Relationship Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing mortgage servicing counterparty relationships. This includes gathering client servicing requirements, preparing investor presentations, conducting data analysis, and supporting loan servicing transfers and process improvement. You will interact with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000 per year
ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document client/investor servicing requirements
- Create and participate in investor presentations alongside senior management
- Support loan servicing transfers and maintain accurate documentation
- Conduct data analysis on loan portfolios and validate results with stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal departments on client process changes and requirements
- Contribute to project communications, training materials, and procedural documentation
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend service improvements
- Manage assigned relationships with limited supervision
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving in support of business needs
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal/state regulations
- Occasional travel may be required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in client services or relationship management, preferably in mortgage servicing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (conditional logic, VBA) and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with MortgageServ/Fiserv or similar systems is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Experience with project environments and understanding of project lifecycle preferred
- Ability to manage competing priorities independently and maintain high productivity
- Understanding of confidentiality, compliance, and process optimization best practices
