As a Marketing Lead, you will help execute strategies that fuel business results and growth, drive relevance, and create more meaningful engagement with our customers.
You will collaborate with partners to understand business & customer needs, translating these requirements into marketing strategies, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives, and analyzing performance for optimization. The Marketing Lead, CRM Strategy will support the execution of CRM campaigns across Email, Push, Notification Center and Text, including making recommendations on how to improve performance. You are a developing strategist with strong leadership skills, capable of leading projects, analyzing campaign performance, building relationships, and creating innovative solutions, while effectively communicating with both your team and stakeholders.
This position will report to the Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager.
This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location.
