About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role supports both internal and external customers by ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, returns, and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities

Invoice daily parts shipments
-
Handle customer requests via email and phone
-
Enter quotes and orders with accurate pricing and lead times
-
Process returns and service-related parts orders
-
Assist with backorder purchasing as needed
-
Manage shared email folders and coordinate pending requests
-
Resolve customer issues using available resources
Qualifications
-
Associate’s degree or 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-
Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
-
Professional phone and email etiquette
Work Hours
-
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
