Customer Service Representative (Contract/Seasonal)

Hybrid/Remote Options | Full-Time | $18–$20/hr

We are partnering with an e-commerce company that is looking to add Customer Service Representatives to their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to build valuable customer support and order management experience.

In this role, you’ll handle escalations from the Tier I support team, assist with complex order issues, and ensure customers receive accurate and timely service. You’ll also be involved in order management, fraud monitoring, and refund processing, so attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are key. This is a great opportunity to step into a role with variety and impact, while gaining exposure to multiple departments and systems.

Schedule & Location

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
  • Some extended hours may be required during peak holiday seasons.
  • Hybrid/remote flexibility available.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Manage escalated customer issues from Tier I support.
  • Assist with order management, fraud monitoring, and refunds.
  • Work across systems and teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Deliver professional, accurate, and empathetic service.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience (e-commerce or call center background a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with ticketing platforms, contact center phone systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work extended hours during seasonal peaks.
  • Dependable, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
