Title: Customer Service III
Location: Itasca, IL (100% Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Range: $19/hr to $21/hr (On W2)
We are looking for a “Customer Service III” to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.
Job Summary
We are seeking responsible for processing and managing customer orders from start to finish via E-Mail, phone, or EDI, communicates directly with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure order accuracy.
Supports returns, credits, and inventory updates while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Leads or supports process improvements, team training, and cross-functional projects to enhance service.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
