About the job
We're hiring a full-time Voice AI Developer (40 hrs/week, $15/hr) with proven experience in n8n, GoHighLevel, and most importantly, AI Voicebot development.
- This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience using VAPI, Retell, or equivalent Voice AI development software
- Has built and maintained complex automations in n8n
- Can integrate CRMs, voice agents, and third-party tools with minimal guidance
- Is comfortable solving technical problems without constant oversight
- Speaks fluent English and communicates clearly
- Takes pride in building clean, reliable systems
You’ll be responsible for setting up voice agents, building automations, integrating tools, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. We move fast — so you’ll need to be sharp, resourceful, and self-directed.
