About the job
Imagine waking up every day knowing your content is helping people feel better, think clearer, sleep deeper. You're not just selling a product. You're building a movement around natural wellness.
This fast-growing DTC brand is on a mission to help people rediscover the power of natural solutions, offering potent, delicious functional products made with ten of the most powerful mushrooms on Earth. With a strong community, a deeply personal origin story, and thousands of happy customers, the team is ready to grow its organic presence, and they're looking for someone to bring that vision to life.
They’re now hiring a Social Media Manager to take ownership of their channels, create standout content, and grow an engaged, loyal audience.
YOUR MISSION
To own and elevate the brand’s social media presence, turning raw ideas, community stories, and behind-the-scenes moments into content that inspires, informs, and moves. You’ll build the organic engine that connects with the community, drives engagement, and tells a story people want to follow.
This is a hands-on, creator-forward role made for someone who gets the wellness space, knows how to move fast, and isn’t afraid to show up on camera when needed. You’ll be the heartbeat of the brand’s online voice on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and beyond.
This is a full-time, fully remote contractor role.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
- Join a mission-led team that runs on speed, simplicity, and a drive to scale what works.
- Be part of a brand with a powerful founder story and a loyal customer base who love the product.
- Play a key role in a business that's doubling revenue and ready to scale to 8-figures.
- Work remotely, flexibly, and independently, in a role built on trust, autonomy, and creative freedom.

- Growth path toward Head of Brand Content or Creative Lead.
WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Plan and execute daily content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & Facebook.
- You'll be editing videos with tools like CapCut and Canva. If you're confident with them and love bringing content to life, this is your kind of role.
- Be the voice and face of the brand when needed, whether it's on Stories, Reels, in DMs, or in the comments.
- Repurpose paid ads and CGC into compelling organic content.
- Coordinate with the ambassador team to repurpose CGC and community-led content into engaging organic posts.
- Upload and test creatives in Meta, TikTok, and YouTube brand ad campaigns. Performance is tracked using tools like Marathon.
- Organise and direct lightweight content shoots (remote or scrappy-style).
- Support founder-led video content or help bring founder stories to life on social.
- Write snappy, engaging copy using both AI tools and your own brand instincts.
- Track creative performance and report what’s working and why.
- Join weekly creative reviews to share insights, feedback, and ideas.
