You will support an integral part of our organization's operations, providing essential support to various business functions. You will work closely across the team to provide general support.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Podcast editing & general content production support

  • Posting content to social and business networks

  • Assisting with preparation of proposals

  • Supporting candidate & client experience through managing data, emails and records in key business systems

  • Consulting team support for events and functions

  • Coverage for Corporate Services team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Positive and can-do attitude

  • Proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement

  • Tech-savvy with experience or interest in podcast editing tools, JobAdder, HubSpot
