This is a remote position.
We are looking for calm, compassionate agents to work remotely providing transportation support for non-emergency healthcare services.
Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour
Service Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM ET
Required: Must be available for at least 4 hours on Mondays and complete 15 hours weekly
What You’ll Be Doing
- Help members schedule, reschedule, and resolve issues with transportation
- Assist with recovery of missed rides and confirm trip eligibility
- Navigate multiple client systems using function keys
- Handle emotionally sensitive calls with empathy and patience
- Collaborate with departments to solve benefit and scheduling issues
Requirements
- Dual monitors required (1920x1080 resolution)
- Windows 10 or 11 (12GB RAM, 40GB free disk space)
- Hardwired internet (min. 30 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up, < 50 ms latency)USB 3.0 headset and webcam required
- Quiet, professional home workspace
- Drug screening and background check required
- Must complete certification and service a minimum of 17 hours per week
