Mailroom Administration Officer - South Australia - On-site - Part-time

 

About the Job

Position: Permanent, part-time role based at the Adelaide CBD Head Office.

The Mailroom Administration Officer will support the Team Leader, Mailroom & Fleet, ensuring efficient daily mailroom operations and providing essential administrative assistance. This role is Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with flexibility to increase hours (up to full-time) for staff leave coverage. Start date: Wednesday, 15 October 2025.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sort and distribute internal, external, and Australia Post mail.

  • Process service requests via Property Services Portal/Service Now.

  • Complete Goods Receipt for invoices.

  • Book, track, and reconcile courier services.

  • Manage Records Management requests, barcodes, and logins.

  • Book pool cars, issue keys and access cards.

  • Maintain office supplies, stamps, and stationery.

  • Support the Team Leader and assist Property Services as needed.

About You

We seek a flexible, organised individual with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders are essential.
