What You'll Be Doing:
- Enter patient data from scanned files or internal request forms
- Verify insurance info, appointment data, and test results
- Flag discrepancies or missing data for review
- Cross-check data across platforms to ensure accuracy
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality at all times
- Collaborate with remote team leads to meet quality checks and turnaround times
Were Looking For People Who Are:
- Typing 40+ WPM (or close well help you improve)
- Focused and detail-driven especially when data repeats
- Tech-comfortable (you don't need to code, just navigate online platforms)
- Comfortable reading basic healthcare terms (well train you)
- Reliable with your hours and focused when you're clocked in
Bonus Points (but not required):
- Any previous clerical, records, or data entry work
- Familiarity with EHRs (electronic health records)
- Background in insurance, billing, or patient support
