Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional customer service across sales, promotions, installations, and communications. This role ensures strong customer relationships, resolves claims and complaints in accordance with consumer laws, and helps drive customer satisfaction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver customer support for sales, promotions, installations, and inquiries.
Maintain positive customer relations while resolving claims and complaints effectively and fairly.
Proactively educate and inform customers about products, services, and promotions.
Support organization-wide initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
Review and respond to customer survey feedback by developing improvement plans.
Follow well-defined processes and procedures for routine tasks.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
Basic understanding of customer service operations and workflows.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training preferred.
