About the Job
GFL Environmental is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its team in Windsor, ON. In this full-time, in-office role, you will deliver timely, professional support to both internal and external customers, working closely with sales, logistics/dispatch, and operations teams. You’ll be the first point of contact for phone calls and emails, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and accurately.
Position Details

Schedule: Monday to Friday, shifts between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Additional Requirement: Work every other Saturday

Location: Windsor, Ontario

Starting Pay: $22/hour
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales, logistics/dispatch, and operations to meet customer needs.

Respond promptly to phone calls and emails in a professional manner.

Research and resolve customer concerns or discrepancies.

Answer customer questions and resolve issues at the branch level.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

High school diploma or GED.

Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
