About the Job
Overview
FUJIFILM is seeking Customer Service Officers for a 12-month maximum term in the Billings and Collections team, North Ryde, Sydney. This role combines autonomous work with collaboration in a close-knit team. Hybrid work is available with 2 days per week option to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing accounts and administrative matters via email and phone
Conduct outbound calls and email follow-ups to ensure accurate meter readings, invoicing, and account targets
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, including contracts and consolidations
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely capture of meter readings via phone, email, and online platforms
Handle inbound and outbound customer communications, resolving enquiries professionally
Identify and resolve issues with meter data to ensure smooth account operations and customer satisfaction
Skills & Qualifications
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including spreadsheets, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
Team player with a collaborative mindset
Previous experience in invoicing is desirable
