Position Overview
Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Brand Security Officer to deliver exceptional security while supporting daily operations and enhancing the customer experience. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution to protect assets, support store operations, and create a safe, welcoming environment for clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Security Controls and Operations

Provide comprehensive security and operational support to prevent theft and ensure store safety.

Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and Management to respond to emergencies and implement incident management procedures.

Conduct daily inspections, equipment checks, alarm tests, and key access reviews; maintain accurate reports.

Assist with opening and closing procedures, back-of-house operations, and minor facilities repairs.
Sales Support

Deliver a positive Tiffany experience to every client.

Foster long-term client relationships to drive engagement and sales.

Act as a Tiffany ambassador, supporting store operations to meet sales targets.
Service Excellence

Elevate in-store client experiences and create memorable interactions.

Demonstrate passion for the brand and follow Client Experience Behaviors identified in the NPS program.

Optimize hospitality and store amenities, respond to client feedback, and implement standard processes.
Qualifications
Required
-
High school diploma or equivalent

Basic computer skills

Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Authorization to work in the U.S. or country of employment
Preferred

Experience in retail or security

At least 1 year in a security-related position
Compensation
-
Hourly pay range: $22.53 – $30.48, dependent on skills and experience
