WSO2 Integration Expert - Islamabad, Pakistan

Job Description

We are seeking a WSO2 Integration Expert to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level integration solutions using the WSO2 platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with WSO2 Enterprise Integrator (WSO2 EI), API Manager, Identity Server, and WSO2 Micro Integrator, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and Administer WSO2 Platforms: Expertly set up and manage WSO2 API Manager, Enterprise Integrator (EI), Micro Integrator (MI), and Identity Server, ensuring seamless interoperability across all components.

Design & Maintain Integration Flows: Craft and optimize mediation sequences, proxy services, and endpoint configurations to meet evolving business requirements.

Lifecycle Management & Performance Tuning: Apply timely patches and version upgrades, and fine‑tune JVM and connector settings for peak runtime performance and stability.

Implement Modern Authentication Standards: Architect and deploy OAuth2/OIDC and SAML2‑based SSO solutions using WSO2 Identity Server, enforcing robust security and compliance.

Centralized Logging & Monitoring: Stream WSO2 logs into the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or equivalent APM tools, and develop actionable Kibana dashboards to track API usage, system health metrics, error rates, and SLA adherence.

Containerization with Docker: Build, optimize, and maintain Dockerfiles and container images for all WSO2 products, enabling consistent, portable deployments.

CI/CD Integration: Integrate with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps pipelines and leverage Git for version control to automate build, test, and release workflows.

Topology Design & Deployment: Define and document deployment topologies— stand‑alone, clustered, and distributed—for development, testing, and production environments.

Kubernetes & Helm Orchestration: Collaborate on Kubernetes/OpenShift manifests and Helm charts to automate scaling, health checks, and rolling upgrades of WSO2 containers.

Network Architecture & Security: Design and implement network infrastructure— including load balancers, reverse proxies, and SSL/TLS termination—to securely route traffic and protect sensitive data.

Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex runtime issues such as memory leaks, thread contention, and network latency to maintain optimal service availability.
