System / Network Manager - Lahore, Pakistan

Install, configure, and maintain servers, Windows/Linux operating systems, and network equipment including firewalls, routers, and switches.
Monitor and manage LAN/WAN infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
Perform routine system upgrades, apply patches, manage backups, and implement disaster recovery strategies.
Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Group Policies to support user and device management.
Manage and support virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
Administer and maintain IT management tools including NinjaOne (RMM), Bitdefender GravityZone (endpoint protection), and Spiceworks (helpdesk and inventory).
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, networking, and user access.
Continuously monitor system logs, analyze security incidents, and respond proactively to performance or system failures.
Create, update, and manage technical documentation, including network diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
Implement and enforce IT security practices aligned with ISO 27001 or similar security frameworks.
Ensure data integrity and security by managing user accounts, access controls, and permissions.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to plan and execute infrastructure projects and continuous improvements.
