What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage the leave administration process, including communication with employees and supervisors
  • Monitor leave statuses related to FMLA, ADA, and other medical leaves, ensuring accurate documentation
  • Advise managers and employees on leave laws and procedural requirements
  • Oversee the return-to-work process for employees coming back from leaves
  • Maintain accurate records of leave and accommodation requests in compliance with legal requirements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Associate's degree from an accredited institution and four (4) years of Human Resources experience focused on leave administration
  • OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field and two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Experience working in a Human Capital Management (HCM) system
  • Knowledge of benefits administration, FMLA, ADA, and Workers Compensation laws
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience conducting training sessions on FMLA and ADA processes
  • Familiarity with auditing leave-related data and benefit reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Interpersonal skills for effective conflict resolution
