About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support across various communication channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by responding promptly, professionally, and empathetically to customer needs. Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Possession of a valid home state Life & Health Insurance License
- Comfortable working with desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems
- Strong organizational and work prioritization skills
- Logical problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Over 18 years of age
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address questions, concerns, and requests
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer issues to ensure satisfaction
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams or supervisors
- Assist customers with processing payments and other service requests
- Accurately track and document all customer interactions for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call and interaction issues to improve service quality
- Identify opportunities for upselling and promote additional services when appropriate
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Work from Home Requirements
- Internet connection with minimum download speed of 15.0 Mbps and upload speed of 5.0 Mbps
- Stable internet connection with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Internet service provider must not be satellite, mobile data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
- Proof of internet speed required
- Clean, quiet, and dedicated workspace to ensure productivity and confidentiality
