What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must be 18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience in customer interaction and problem-solving
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply them in real-time situations

Experience in a customer service role, particularly in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and customer engagement strategies
Proficiency in using digital communication tools and customer relationship management systems
