Job Summary
Paul Davis Restoration of Southeast St. Louis is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role supports customers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment by coordinating restoration services, handling inbound communication, and ensuring accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Coordinate job intake, dispatch, and ongoing communication
- Collect, review, and manage job documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Provide support to emergency mitigation teams
- Track job progress and follow up on outstanding items
- Assist with administrative tasks and team projects
- Maintain a positive and empathetic approach in all customer interactions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
